Clause 2
By accessing the cp777 Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or redeeming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on cp777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cp777 may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number (NIK where applicable), valid email address, and mobile telephone number.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on cp777 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. cp777 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. cp777 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cp777 support immediately.
cp777 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (KTP) or passport; a selfie photograph holding your identity document; and proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number). Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You must promptly notify cp777 of any changes to your registered details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination with forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Clause 5
cp777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at cp777's discretion. High-value withdrawals may be processed in instalments over multiple business days.
Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your cp777 Account within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt. cp777 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. You must ensure that all transfer details — including the exact reference number provided by cp777 — are entered correctly. Incorrectly referenced transfers may be delayed or lost, and cp777 accepts no liability for such outcomes.
Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five (5) minutes from the time of approval. However, cp777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time. Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment account registered in the same name as the cp777 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on cp777 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah. cp777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method operates in IDR.
cp777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which cp777 accepts no liability.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: cp777 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. cp777 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze or close any Account where money laundering is suspected. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored for compliance with applicable AML standards.
Clause 6
cp777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements on cp777 range from 20x to 40x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Failure to complete the Wagering Requirement within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and togel-style number games) may contribute between 5% and 20%. Sports betting wagers may contribute 100% on selected markets only. cp777 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to transfer bonus value. If cp777 determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, cp777 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds and all associated winnings, and to close the Account.
cp777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational use only and are not available to professional gamblers, syndicates, or any person using automated betting software.
Clause 7
All games available on the cp777 Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sports betting — operate under certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live draw mechanisms that are independently verified for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate to within the standard industry tolerance as of the date of publication.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or incorrect credit to a Member's Account, cp777 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and/or correct the Account balance accordingly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of cp777.
Clause 10
cp777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
cp777 does not sell or rent Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering.
Clause 11
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cp777 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
cp777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their cp777 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 12
cp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any outstanding balance, at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
You may close your cp777 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.
Clause 13
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which cp777 holds its operating licence.
